This historic & iconic shoemaker is known for their craftsmanship, American style and unwavering stance on quality. Now, for the first time, Junior's has paired with Alden to make a special, shop exclusive loafer.
As with most of our clothing, keeping this shoe simple was top priority. However, again, with most of our items, we had to make it uniquely our own as well. We've been longtime fans of suede footwear and it was an easy decision to make our first Alden exclusive shoe in mocha kid suede. Kid suede is know for its immediate softness and flexibility making it ideal for footwear in general but in our case, it was a logical choice for instant comfort and versatility. Made on Alden's iconic Aberdeen last (same as their tassel loafer) we find this shoe to be more refined when compared to other penny loafers. Ours, with a slightly pointed toe box and full strap that runs into the welt, it can be worn easily with tailored clothing or our canvas trousers and knitwear on the weekend.
